In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we handle final vendor confirmations, schedules, and logistics so you don’t have to manage last-minute details. On the wedding day, we provide 8–10 hours of on-site coordination, overseeing setup, vendor arrivals, and execution of the timeline. We manage communication between vendors, handle any issues that arise, and ensure the day runs smoothly from start to finish.
