This package is designed for couples who have planned their wedding but want a professional to step in and ensure everything is executed flawlessly. Two planning meetings are included to review your details, confirm logistics, and address any remaining questions. We create a comprehensive wedding-day timeline, coordinating with vendors to ensure everyone understands their role and timing. Beginning 30 days prior to the event, we take over vendor communication, confirming arrival times, final details, and expectations. On the wedding day, we provide up to 8 hours of on-site coordination, overseeing vendor management and timeline execution from start to finish. We assist with event setup, manage vendor arrivals and transitions, and quietly troubleshoot any issues that arise. As the celebration concludes, we provide end-of-night wrap-up support, ensuring personal items, décor, and final vendor needs are handled smoothly. This package allows you to relax and fully enjoy your wedding day, knowing every detail is being managed with care, professionalism, and precision.
